At Decorhills Frame & Decor, customer satisfaction is our priority. We aim to provide high-quality frames, mirrors, and décor products. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help under the terms outlined below.
Returns
We accept returns within 14 days from the date of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused, uninstalled, and in its original condition

The item must be returned in its original packaging with all accessories

Proof of purchase (order number or invoice) is required
Returns requested after 14 days from delivery will not be accepted.
Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected:

If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method

Refunds are issued only after inspection and confirmation of product condition
Please allow 2–5 business days for the refunded amount to reflect in your account after approval.

Mirrors – Special Return Conditions (Amazon-Style Policy)
Due to the fragile nature of mirrors, the following special rules apply:

Mirrors must be inspected at the time of delivery

Any damage must be reported within 24 hours of delivery, along with clear photos or videos

Returns or refunds for mirrors are accepted only for damaged, defective, or incorrect items

Mirrors returned without original protective packaging or showing signs of misuse will not be eligible

Non-Returnable Items
