3. Delivery Schedule

  • Order Processing Days: Monday to Saturday
  • Cut-off Time: 4:00 PM (UAE Time)
  • Orders placed before 4:00 PM: Processed the same day
  • Orders placed after 4:00 PM: Processed next business day
  • Sunday: No processing or delivery (holiday)

4. Same-Day / Next-Day Delivery (Selected Areas)

  • Available in selected nearby locations.
  • Orders placed before 4:00 PM may qualify for:
    • Same-day delivery, or
    • Next-day delivery, depending on location and availability.
  • Eligibility is confirmed during order processing.

5. In-Store Pickup

  • Customers may choose In-Store Pickup at checkout.
  • Pickup is available from our warehouse/location once the order is ready.
  • Customers will be notified via call or message when the order is ready for collection.
  • Valid identification and order confirmation are required at pickup.

6. Shipping Address Requirements

To ensure smooth delivery:

  • Please provide a complete and accurate shipping address, including:
    • Building name/number
    • Street and area
    • City (Emirate)
    • Valid contact number
  • Decorhills is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete address details.

7. Delivery Attempts

  • Our delivery partner will attempt delivery at the provided address.
  • If the customer is unavailable:
    • Re-delivery may be scheduled.
    • Delays may occur depending on coordination.

8. Unexpected Delays

While we aim to meet delivery timelines, delays may occur due to:

  • Weather conditions
  • Public holidays
  • Operational or courier issues

In such cases, we will keep you informed.
